Reservations:
Reservations must be guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover at the time your reservation is made.
Half of the total amount for
your reservation will be charged at the time that you make your
reservation for the Country Door
Inn.
The balance will be charged 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations:
• Group Reservations that are cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a bookkeeping fee of $150.
• Group Reservations that are cancelled within sixty (60) days of arrival are non-refundable. However, guests will receive a gift certificate, good for up to one year from original booking date, to be used anytime between Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays and Spring Break). All gift certificates are based upon availability.
• Group Reservations that are cancelled the day of arrival are considered a no-show and no refund or gift certificate will be issued.
• Reservations at The Country Door Inn that are cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a bookkeeping fee of $50.
• Reservations that are cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival are non-refundable. However, guests will receive a gift certificate,
good for up to one year from original booking date, to be used anytime between Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays and Spring Break). All gift certificates are based upon availability.
• Reservations that are cancelled the day of arrival are considered a no-show and no refund or gift certificate will be issued.
Children
Children must be supervised at all times during their stay with us.
Pets
We can not accommodate pets of any kind.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted outside only. We provide plenty of
outdoor butt buckets and ashtrays for your use.
Damage to Property
When you are at the Inn, we
want you to enjoy the Inn as if it were your own. We prefer to NOT charge a damage deposit. Please be honest and we will be as gracious as we can be. Be advised that if damages do occur during your stay with us, the cost for repair will be charged to your credit card.
Lost Keys
Lost Keys will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $15 per key.
The Country Door Inn is a favorite spot for special vacations, family reunions or getaways, class reunions, religious retreats, or business gatherings. We will be glad to cater or host your wedding rehearsal dinner, the wedding itself, and/ or the reception. There is a two night minimum. During holidays or Spring Break the minimum stay is three nights.
• The peak season rate is $750.00 per night for up to 16 guests. 4 additional guests are welcome for $20.00 per guest per night (peak season April thru August). The off season rate is $650.00 per night for up to 16 guests (September through March) and 4 additional guests are welcome for $20.00 per guest per night
• The weekly rate during peak season is $3,000.00 for up to 16 guests. If you stay with us for one week you will be getting 2 nights free (a $1,500.00 savings)! The weekly rate during off season is $2,600 for up to 16 guests. If you stay with us for one week you will be getting 2 nights free (a $1,300.00 savings)! 4 additional guests are welcome during peak or off seasons for $100 per guest per week
• The home may be rented by the month and we will be glad to negotiate a fair rate upon request. You may also reserve by the suite for a romantic getaway as a luxurious bed & breakfast experience, or as a pleasant break from city living.

Gourmet breakfasts are available for $10.00 per person. Romance packages and massages are available for an additional cost.
